I would have trade P.K. for Weber 100% i have hated that player when he was in Mtl, same year for the draft, Gurgenson was for the taking, i would have choose Gurgenson over Subban, Gurgenson still playing..

What I am going to say, is just my opinion.

No, I think that Tony should appologise to Marty. Thats what trust is, when things go bad, and when someone is struggling to get one single win, and everyone else including Tony and many others start criticizing the coach.
That means we were not patient, and we started losing trust in the coach. Players were not motivated. What we are seeing now is that through the struggles, we grow, and thats what Pierre said, its starting to be paid off. Its important to say that we were wrong.

Look at Boston now, Pierre has described the situation very well, things did not go very well (it actually was not so so bad), and they fired the coach, now things are even worse for the team.

Seeing this team play lately without Laine, and picturing it with Demidov, Hage, Reinbacher and Fowler. Damn.

I was at the game rocking a Signed Lane Hutson jersey! Best day ever. The crowd was amazing tonight too. I feel like we brought alot of energy and we never stopped cheering! Go Habs Go! 🔥🔥🔥

Weber actually held up better than Subban lol. Funny how that worked out. Subban was done, a cap dump and on the 3rd pairing for two years before Weber was in the Stanley Cup final.

@Pierre, the KHL rinks are now almost all NHL size. So the transition should be easy for Demidov (about the size).

Tony has to go on a rant every episode explaining why he didn’t overreact and wasn’t wrong. “Marty can’t coach, Dach is awful, trade Anderson.” You were selling hate earlier in the season, just own it. Nobody is arguing they were playing well, but the blame game tantrums every time they lost was embarrassing.

I also noticed zone exists and pushing the puck up the ice was notably tough with Struble on the right in the first half of the game. Glad they made the adjustment quickly. It's so much easier to create a rush, make a quick first pass on your proper side as a defenseman

If Slaf were able to play up tempo like Anderson that would be magic. They should make him study "Mr. Anderson" and emulate his work

look, everyone settle down.. it's a long season. yeah we find ourselves in a playoff spot.. but understand this, Hughes and Gorton wont deviate from the long term goal.. just to have a short term success. if they make the playoffs great, but they aren't going to mortgage the future just for a 8th place finish...
