There is an explanation for the boots & stripes.
The toy team caught the mistake and sent the corrections to the factory but they weren't able to implement the changes in time for some of the figures to be made so, a running change ALA Marvel Legends had to be implemented to get the correct one out to stores & all the error figures returned.

I do have it on record that Hasbro is talking much more closely to the factories to make sure this kind of thing doesn't happen again.

Just found you on YT, WOW I did not know this. I didn't watch Wild Force, since I mostly collect SPD Rangers (I don't have a spare green, sorry, but they need to release Yellow) and turns out I have the one with 6 Stripes and White boots. It looks fine to me (Again, haven't watched Wild Force, but might now) since most rangers boots are a different color. Nice dude, thanks for the vid, gonna sub

Yeah, Hasbro has the worse case of CRS (Can't Remember Sh!t)ever.

Dinothunder White was the helmet but also MMPR Blue when he 1st released, the helmet was oddly shaped on the visor & had to get a replacement helmet

Luckily when I bought this figure I looked at it carefully and made sure that I got the corrected version. He has six stripes and silver boots.

Crazy why they do this thinking no one will notice but I found this fig in Ross for $5.99 I look up figs I keep in my collection just because I noticed it was two different boxes I guess I have the correct version the box with the red blue and Japanese writing or something
