I actually have a computer with 32 gb ram, i5 12th gen processor, 1 tb pcie 4.0, but I have obsessions, the less the resources of my computer are used, the more relaxed I am, I use windows 11 and vs code + browser with 10 gb ram usage is annoying, so I will use lubuntu

Hello, I have a question, I have a computer with very low system features (1 gb ram 256 mb shared intel video card, etc.). XFCE does not make any sense now days, it uses almost same ram as KDE which is way better looking.

Finally an intelligent comparison. At idle lqt uses half of xfce's ram. But it needs to pull in gtk anyway (which xfce uses by default) when it launches certain apps and then the gap closes. Launch gimp and see.
