To clear my subconscious of all the emotional charge stored in it, I say over and over again during my day, the keywords of ho’oponopono: I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful. I declare myself in peace with all the people of the earth and with whom I have outstanding debts. For this moment and in your time, for all that I do not like in my present life: I am sorry, forgive me, I love you, I am grateful. I release all those I believe to be receiving damage and mistreatment because they simply give me back what I did to them before, in some past life: I’m sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful.

Even though it is hard for me to forgive someone, it is me who asks that person for forgiveness now. For this moment, all the time, for everything I don’t like in my present life: I’m so sorry, forgive me, I love you, I’m grateful. For this sacred space that I live day by day and with which I am not comfortable: I am sorry, forgive me, I love you, I am grateful. Incredibly healing. More effective than any anti- depressants or anti-anxiety meds. This has really had a positive and profound effect on me
It brought up many scenarios where i was holding guilt, shame, resentment, etc. At some points i would envision another person saying the prayer back to me, what a release of many years of unnessary pain. Keep it up my friends - it really is miraculous!

I tried it this way - Hawaiian H'oponopono mediation with gold-colored bliss and selfless and skillful use of sound, emotions, images, etc. to forgive and heal bad situations, enmity, etc. It should be done in a way that is beneficial and non-binding and also requires lots of skill and effort. The focus should be healing with loving bliss that is absorbed by the universe while traversing through people/situations that resulted in conflict - and it should be persisted with one person/situation at a time till the healing occurs. The use of vows and intensity of thought/repetition over a period of time to forgive and heal all people and memories using golden bliss and various mental techniques to liberate yourself selflessly and skillfully.

Using swimming pool BLUE colors to cancel out angry thoughts/words is also another technique as aura colors can be used to balance out emotional states (via thoughtforms - Theosophy has details on this).

This is one of the most beautiful and powerful prayers I have ever heard.
It is no doubt responsible for much healing by all who listens and/or recites.
