All these physios calling themselves “doctor” cracks me up
ОтветитьWith the running work, when you say reps, do you mean sets (3 sets of walk jog walk) ?
Ответитьwho the xxxx has all this equipment at their disposal?
ОтветитьThank U for this good content 👏👌
ОтветитьGreat video
ОтветитьThis is fantastic! Is there any alternatives for the 45 degree hip extensions if we don’t have a machine?
ОтветитьPulled my hamstring(suspected grade 1) running sprints 2 weeks ago. Felt pretty good so I decided to go out this morning. Same pull, same spot, worse this time. Sucks. Guess I'll take my time then. I tend to learn the hard way.
ОтветитьIs it necessary to go to a physiotherapist or can we do it without any knowledge? I had a torn muscle (I think) 4 years ago but never got checked.. Back than, I kept playing again and again for a few weeks applying ice and ointment for scarcity of players (football) and got my injury get more severous.. After that, I stayed a lot of time with completely no training (a few years now) and so the pain was completely disappeared.. I played once in a while a few friendly football matches with no pain or injury.. Then stopped again for 6 months and played 1 football match.. I'm starting to feel again some pain and I fear that I cannot use full power of the muscle or that I'm going to injure myself again in the next matches.. The problem is that due to my life style with absolutely 0 training, my whole body is weak and ready to get injured.. So I don't really know where it is convenient to start. Any suggestions? thanks!
ОтветитьThanks you so much!
ОтветитьHello! Thank you for this. Would you do a similar video to latissimus injuries? I have been struggling with a lats injury for two months
ОтветитьMy son is a national level sprinter and has had 2 low-grade strains in each leg over the past 7 months, all in different areas. Would appreciate some advice on rehabilitation for his latest stain, which occurred in the belly of his hammy yesterday. Also, exercises moving forward to help bullet proof his hamstrings in the future.
ОтветитьExcellent video incorporating scientific evidence with lucid description.
ОтветитьThanks for the good information you spread, as a physio I'm really glad to see that. Keep moving. Big fan of that!
ОтветитьIt’s a brilliant program and will work every time.
ОтветитьBy far the best video I’ve seen concerning Hamstring Rehabilitation 🙏🏽
ОтветитьAlthough strength-wise, I can easily do Nordic curls, my knees kill me after, no matter the padding. Do you have any tips on how to tackle this issue?
ОтветитьI think I had a light strain while doing shadow kicks as warm up. It has been 4 months, I still have tenseness and can't comfortably do squats, jogs, bridges or stretches. Should I just go through with them even if it makes the hamstring tense? (No pain but I feel like the scar tissue just spreads with any of those things, even with light walking)
ОтветитьThx 4 this
ОтветитьAll three exercises in one session?
ОтветитьHey guys, will these exercises also rebuild my muscle deficit on right leg which has been through ACL surgery & knee arthroscopy for my medical meniscus tear? The hamstrings are significantly weaker. Cheers.
Ответитьthanks soo much
ОтветитьLife saving info. Definitely needed this
Ответитьyou got me fucked up I can't do any of those lmao
ОтветитьThis was great!!
ОтветитьI have found that rehab exercises make my injuries worse and just irritate them. I’ve had a mild hamstring pull for 3 months now which is no better and stopping my sports 😔
ОтветитьHow soon after you’ve torn a grade 1 hamstring should you start stretching?
Ответитьgreat video. can you make a video for golf elbow
ОтветитьPls translate the videos to spanish here the physio its no good
ОтветитьWould this be the same with having a strained pec?
ОтветитьThank you for this video!
Was the progressive running protocol performed on the same days as the rehibilitation exercises or did the protocol have its own separately designated day each week?
Thanks for this video, practical and simple to understand, excellent way to synthetize the study. Keep it going with this kind of videos. Thanks E3 and a special shoutout to Dr Tony for being the face in this one.
ОтветитьThanks for sharing— what are signs that I shall stop the rehab training? I have anterior pelvic tilt, while I am strengthening my lower back (bridge poses), am I safe to do the other poses in your video? Or shall I wait
ОтветитьHow about single leg hamsteing weakness? Whenever i try bilateral exercises stronger side dominates the movement. Could i try with single leg directly like single leg bridge?
ОтветитьDo you do the sprining before or after the exercises?
ОтветитьWhy is that people who train regularly, injure themselves when not properly warmed up, but a novice won't necessarily get injured quickly? Let's say in an all out sprint.
Ответитьthank you very much.. very helpful
ОтветитьExcellent video. Thank you.
ОтветитьNice video, Dr. In terms of a rehab workout, would all these exercises be in the one session? 2-3 times per week?
Or are you recommending to pick 1 for a given day to focus on?
Also thoughts on trying to foam roll/lacrosse ball the injured area?
What is a good substitute for the hip extension? I don’t have access to a gym.
ОтветитьAwesome
ОтветитьThis is great. Would this also be applicable to hamstring tendon injuries?
ОтветитьCan i apply this after 2 years of acl surgery? My hamstring still weak. Any idea?
ОтветитьMany thank for this great video! I had a question. Unless I missed something, I couldn't see anything about performing concentric knee flexion exercises as part of the hamstring rehabilitation program. I just wanted to know your thoughts on this? Thanks again for the great work!
ОтветитьWhat a great video 👍
ОтветитьThank you very much! Top information💪💪💪
ОтветитьHi! Thanks a lot for the great video.
I tried the first exercises yesterday and felt no pain during executing. But today my hamstring feels a little bit tight and sore. Is this a normal reaction or am I going to make it worse if I continue? Thank you! BR, Bernd.
Thanks to you I fixed my quad - hamstring muscle disbalance!
Thank you very much!
Superb video.
ОтветитьAre there any alternatives to the 45 degree hip extension? I was think RDL but I am not sure.
