Rural commuter!
ОтветитьI'm a wannabe E-Biker because I can't afford one...yet.
ОтветитьCommuter cycling is the best!
ОтветитьBikepacking?
ОтветитьI just ride my bikes. No profiling for me 😅
ОтветитьSnow and ice cycling?
ОтветитьAero on EMBN? 😳
ОтветитьLots of EMTB commuters are likely given rising gas prices.
ОтветитьDepending on the day / group: Commuter and/or Trail Rider
ОтветитьXc = Lost roadie 😂 that was funny. Anyway i ride a Kenevo and do all types of riding, i thought that was the benefit of ebikes 👍
ОтветитьCommuter. Adventure.
In that order of priority.
Trek Rail 9.8 XT 29er
Totally a trail rider. I live next door to a couple old school hand built gnarly tech trails and a quick ride to a trail system with blue and black trails (more tech than flo). I ride a 2021 full power Turbo Levo (dialed back to about 60% power to get a workout and to prevent loop out on trails - turbo reserved for steep hilly roads on the ride home). At 64yrs old, the emtb is a great compliment to my Tallboy (3 local trail systems are not Ebike friendly - yet). Ride daily 💪 Cheers
ОтветитьIt's all about getting out there and bieing bombarded buy feelings of well being 🤟
Ответить120 - 150 mm travel, full sus, 27.5,large comfy saddle, lights, touring raised bars, 203mm front brake, steep def not slack head angle, real mudguards. Is suitable for steep hill trails, going around 65km MTB loops and local exploring/shopping. In short a real bike for the real world around me. Nobody sells a bike like that you have to buy something close and swap out most of the touch components.
ОтветитьLost roadie lmao
ОтветитьTrail Rider here, love my e-bike.
ОтветитьI see Urban Hooligan is not a category 👎
Ответитьwhy would anybody want to mount a GoPro for commuting? pretty sure that's just you EMBN|GMBN|GCN presenters (or Sam Pilgrim), unless you're thinking somebody would use it as a "dash cam" but surely a 360° type of camera would be better for that... maybe you can look into doing a video about dash cams for bikes.
ОтветитьCommuter/dirt road.
Ответитьcommuter and trail in that order, love both and have bikes for both, cube touring hybrid EXC 500 for commuting and cube stereo hybrid 750SL for the trails :)
ОтветитьExploring the sights on Vancouver Island, Canada - so all kinds of roads, trails, and weather! I ride a Giant Stance and it’s perfect for my needs! Thanks for all the information you’ve shared! I’m 73 so I’m not a risk-taker any more, but your instructions have helped me with the skills I need to enjoy the trails and not beat myself up too much😂
ОтветитьI'm a "ride the local trails" type of emtb rider. My Turbo Levo enables me to ride from my house to Pleasanton Ridge Regional Park, climb to the top of the ridge, and still have enough energy to ride singletracks in the park, and then ride home. Before the pandemic, I commuted to work on the Levo, but that was only 3 miles each way. Not even enough to get warmed up!
ОтветитьPersonally a weekend trail rider on my Kenevo, though the eBike is allowing more adventuring and exploring of my local hills where over the 30 years we have been riding it we feel we found all the good biking trails. With the new climbing abilities of the eBike we have found some great new routes which we wouldn't have considered previously as they would have ment pushing the bikes out if steep Combes. Glad to see EMBN consider all aspects of riding, other channels can feel a little too race focused at times.
ОтветитьI am a weekend trail rider with my cube 160 AT here near heidelberg in south west germany. But when the wether is good i am also cumiting with that bike 12km to work.
ОтветитьI could be climbing a mountain riding to work rolling to the store or cruising through the forest so my new mount will be........ a Reign E2
Ответить+1 for more epic Adventure/Trail/XC content. Got hooked 2 months ago on an EMTB, now I am training to to more and more kilometers with less battery usage, for even more kilometers…
ОтветитьI feel offended.
Ответитьhow about the climb snaker?
ОтветитьHacked software on my Kenevo, and the bike has been perfect for over 2 years-no breakdowns. So it's faster and the way I use it, by climbing almost always in Eco mode, has held longevity. I rode MC in enduros and motocross. SO...
My riding takes two forms-one, using it like an enduro MC-Fast as possible in the woods, turning turns into straight lines. The other is like riding a motocross MC, trying to perfect a track with jumps, whoops and berms. Jumps are especially interesting as the added weight must be compensated for with added speed.
I am a, "get me to the dentist and out for a craft brew" type e-biker, but I enjoy your channel a lot.
ОтветитьMy Bullit and I check all the boxes. 💫
ОтветитьCruising, keeping fit and light trails at the moment. All with a big smile on my face as I have just purchased my first eBike, a Trek Rail. Loving every minute of it and it has allowed me to ride much further than I would on my hardtail or gravel bikes but still get the exercise. Being over 60 its certainly helps toward the end of the ride when the energy is waning to pop it into Turbo mode to get the last bit of the ride done, amazing technology. Thanks for an awesome channel, I have learnt so much from you guys. Keep up the great work
ОтветитьFormer XC racer on a Levo SL retired in Reno, NV these days. Surrounded on three sides by the challenging Sierra Nevada Mountains with multiple bike parks nearby. Plus, the glorious Flume Trail with breathtaking views of Lake Tahoe is only one hour's drive away.
ОтветитьYou forgot Uber Eats delivery. Is this not cool enough to get a mention? You can mention how they often have the seatpost half-mast with a giant yellow cube-shaped bag being a must-have to complete the look.
ОтветитьWhat, no shots of Steve at Finale Ligure for the enduro racer section…
Great subject guys! 👍
I only Ebike to hear other bikers cry because they hate me so much because I own an ebike. Otherwise I do everything I can on my Ebike. Adventure riding is my main goal, that way I can get farther from those ebike haters because they gave up hours ago! Boom
ОтветитьOne more category - "The Silver Fox". Swift and smooth on the trails and has learnt they are to old to bounce from an off anymore so takes the 'B' lines. They aren't Crusty Demons, just crusty with a smile.
ОтветитьYou’re a freerider- a free spirit and no one is going to tell you what to do! 😹
ОтветитьI consider myself a trail rider on a hard tail use a lite backpack get about 40/50km rides on mixtures of terrain from road to hard pack trails roots and rocks.
Live in Sydney so weather not really an issue although this year has been as bad as your UK weather wet wet wet.
as soon as i get my first ebike , trail rider all the way!|! But some tourist commuting would also be nice:)
ОтветитьAdventure Enduro, not racing but enjoying the terrain 🤙
Ответитьwhat are Videobook cross country raiders don’t go fast down hill
Ответитьim simply an old rider.
