GTX 1080 in 2020 | STILL A BEAST!

This was actually my first gaming card .. did great love that card still works with no issues new thermal pads and thermal paste continues to work great ..

i just bought a almost new gtx 1060 6gb strix version and it works like a charm for only 75 bucks

if i could have even gtx750 ti i woul be happy♥ still im using gts450 frm. Philippines

i have an i7 5820k and gtx 1080 but i only get 150fps on performance mode. I only get 40fps on max settings dx11. I have 32gb ram and i dont know whats wrong with my pc

Well ,your video about the 3080 ti made me bought it coming from a gtx 1080 fe. And this was my best card price/performance ratio in the 27 years that i build pc's. I enjoyed this Gpu for 6 years withouth any issues. Only thing i had to do after 4 years was to replace the thermal paste. But such a great card. Though i have no regrets for my Asus tuf gaming Oc Rtx 3080 Ti!

Still had mine after upgrading to RTX3090strix. Thinking of selling it or building a small case PC

Still runs higher resolutions like 1400p and sometimes 4k decently well. it's slightly worse than a ps5 now but it's pretty good still

Got it for 220$

I got my 1080 used in March of 2020 :). Still using it with my 3700X at 1440p. Same version as the one shown in this video (Asus ROG Strix). It runs hot even after repasting but that may be caused by my case airflow. Still works though.

2022 and I'm still running a GTX 1080. Best card I ever bought. Until I leave 1080p or want to enable ray tracing, there's not really a need to upgrade.
