I have a Wilton Preferred Press and it's been working fine with this, but I do have this issue - when I click the dough it doesn't fall off the disk. I have to cut it off with a knife or pull it off with my fingers which messes up the design. If I get the dough too warm, (which is what might be the issue), I'm afraid they will spread when they bake. What can I do to get the dough to fall from the disk correctly?
