My best friend is going to school to become a fighter pilot 2860 miles away from me. And I'm in love with him. Things can't work between us, because he lives so far away. Two nights before he left, he sent me a video of him singing this for me. The biggest thing I'm scared of is us not being able to talk ever again. I'm scared to lose him. Sitting here reminiscing about the days you released this, as you can see it's a couple of days after the fourth of May 2018. The day my best friend, my sister committed suicide. I went through it all, I cried and reminisced, I realised I even remember the littlest of things. But I also forgot the things I thought I would always remember. A memory I cling too dearly, is how she would smile when she was walking in front of me. I still have that intact 3 years later. Three years later I have achieved some of the goals she encouraged me to write down months prior your passing. Three years later, I get a call from my dad informing that my aunt, Zodwa, or ZD or Zidane or Mmagwe Selebukie as we affectionately coined you. She loved us, and we can only hope we loved her back enough. That, I can be a great sister to her daughters, a great daughter to her husband. Whoever's arms we slide into, may they be ordained by whatever Higher Power you believe in us. Carry the weight that is LOVE freely and elegantly, and shoutif its too heavy.
