Today we're making a fun, simple treat!
This is my recipe for cinnamon sugar croiffles - croissant waffles!
I also made fresh whipped cream to top my delicious croiffles
Enjoy this with a fresh cup of hot coffee - SO good!

INGREDIENTS
Canned croissants
Brown Sugar
Cinnamon
Butter
Heaving whipping cream
Sugar
Vanilla
RECIPE
- Create brown sugar cinnamon mix
- Take canned croissants and roll into sugar mixture
- Create ice bath to make whipped cream
- Dissolve sugar into heavy whipping cream
- Blend on high until just whipped
- Add a couple drops of vanilla and continue to mix
- When the cream is whipped, cover and set aside. Make sure not to overmix!
- Butter your waffle maker and add croiffles to each side
- When the croiffles look nice and golden, they are ready to eat!
- Top with maple syrup and whipped cream
- Enjoy!
