ОтветитьI don't think it's bad that people are engaging more in healing practices such as therapy or meditation. I think people have always had problems. Now they're beginning to feel free to deal with them openly. It's no longer considered crazy to deal with problems. It's beginning to be considered as normal and healthy to recognize your problems and to manage them somehow.
ОтветитьLove love love !!!!!! ❤❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьEat keto.
ОтветитьPure talk to change the today's world.....
ОтветитьThank you for this Steven ❤🎉🇪🇨
ОтветитьIn Islam, it s not only a matter of meditation, it s before that a belief, a faith that ALLAH ( the creator) does exist and ALLAH created all these creatures , and he deseves my worshiping, this worshiping that is a mean to appraoch my lord (ALLAH❤❤) and being a membre of his lovers, cause he deserves my love and all the best of me.
Besides, the worships can be seen as a meditation but it s relation with ALLAH, the potent, in fact the real strenght is drowen from him cause he is the potent, he is the creator of every thing so all my problemes, every problem can be gone with the will of ALLAH the omipotent for sure
In contrast to meditatio that you talk about that drow energy from oneself which is weak by nature, yes it can help but is not the real solution
The solution is worshiping ALLAH, cause human being do have souls and souls have their own hunger that can t be fitted by anything other than prier and approching its creator
These creation is created for a purpose and all of them point out the creator ALLAH
i dont need to hit rock bottom to be the best version of myself
ОтветитьWhen 2 of my favourites come together. 👌✨✨

ОтветитьGreat message, but towards the end I kept noticing that hair on young pueblos arm and I didn’t know if it was real or not
ОтветитьAmazing podcast, keep going you're the best ❤❤
ОтветитьThank you 😊
ОтветитьThrough your amazing podcasts I’ve come to realize that the main drive behind wealth is truly that of FEAR. The fear of LACKING. Once that is overcome, the drive becomes that of wanting MORE and MORE. There’s no ENOUGH thus the only lack that remains is that of COMPASSION.
Ответить"Society is the reflection of the individual relationships," i agree; i must add that it is vice versa. Society has also changed individual relationships. When i think of the current direction of society, it is evident how the loud, which make up the understood society in a given part of the world, affect the individual minset. We see it in how meditation is currently embraced, how emotional intelligence has been embraced also, and there are other examples.
ОтветитьBeautiful
ОтветитьWow!!!!

ОтветитьHi, (1.) Vipassana rocks, yes, BUT… you still have to go out of your way to figure out how to develop a daily habit. This could be 5 minutes in the morning then 5 minutes in the evening for two weeks. Then, 10 minutes per morning + evening for three weeks, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera. Otherwise, you’ll need to find time to go to another 10-day or several 3-days and 1-days. GREAT LUCK🧘🏽♀️🧘🏻. (2.) You made a statement about people falling into chaos. External chaos can be normal, yes. Internal chaos as some sort of norm happens only if someone has yet to have a core.

ОтветитьThank you very much for this great podcast ! It's helping a lot in my life ! God bless you ! 😃
ОтветитьHmmm two hours a day meditation? This guy doesn’t have a job, kids or a mortgage I assume? Add another hour of cardio we should do, weights and food prep and theirs the day gone!
ОтветитьVipassana is actually a "modern" form of meditation as it is easy to practice. Buddha mostly practiced and taught focus-on-breath meditation. Vipassana was mentioned a few times, but it was not the main tool.
ОтветитьThanks dear Diego for your sharing of deep experiences.
Reached half of the interview but one think i want to request everyone who is watching PLEASE find time to attend a 10 days vipassana course.
PEOPLE HIT SUBSCRIBE!!!🙌🏼🌸
ОтветитьU follow Chamath? The guy is a scammer and narcissist bro
ОтветитьThis was a question asked by 18rabbit. First question was that the physician in my family was my husband. The second question was that my daughter developed Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis at age 13. She is now 57 and in very bad condition. She has had over 23 surgeries rebuilding her hands, feet, several times. Cranial Facial Surgery etc. She has been on steroids for over 40 years. She had three children. I raised them until they were fully into grade school. I don't know how to says this but one day she decided that she no longer wanted to see me. I have not seen her in 15 years.
Two of my granddaughter's ages 27, 22 have come back to me. The don't understand her and are afraid of her.

The 5 Pillars of Islam metaphorically, as-solah. Try and see how many times Prophet Muhammad SAW prayed a day, you would blow your ow mind on how many times he 'meditated' which specifically called dynamic meditation, not just the obligatory prayers, but Prophet Muhammad did all the prayers in a day. That is the most important thing, which is submit to Allah, and the rest will come, which all the benefits your'e sharing in this video. All the benefits which we keep discussing is still not the number 1 reason to live...
ОтветитьThe best podcast love Stephen and his way of relating to people is outstanding thank you ❤😊
ОтветитьYou're so inspiring 💗, ❤thanks so much 🙏 God bless you all
ОтветитьLost me at “the classic American poverty trap” I would love to know what that means.
ОтветитьI have your book Yung Pueblo ! ❤️
ОтветитьMy life was turned inside-out, upside-down on 1/9/07. Realizing my belief system allowed me to be in denial, the beginning of my healing was to believe in nothing and to question everything. Life has been an amazing journey ever since.
ОтветитьI enjoy almost all guests on this channel but I feel like I'm getting stupider listening to "Yung Pueblo" talk.
ОтветитьThank you for this great conversation!
I did vipassana 10 years ago but never really continued. This talk was exactly what I needed to start again. ❤
Thanks for your great work.
Out of hundreds of dates she sounds like a narcissist looking for someone as perfect as her and sounds extremely picky. Noone is good enough. Narcs are constantly looking for something better. Sounds like she would be more likely to cheat even if she was in a relationship because people who are never satisfied always think the grass is greener on the other side.
ОтветитьAdd BALANCE WITH COLOUR to avoid sliding into depression. It is about colour in Nature and we can learn so much from Nature. My name is Lorraine Roberts.
ОтветитьI'm naturally like all of this except for the interest in drug use. This show instills confidence in my path
ОтветитьThose that don't know talk, Those that know don't talk. Meditation = not talking.
ОтветитьFantastic episode gents!
ОтветитьIt has been mentioned that the next pandemic will be one of mental breakdown
