I just sold a property in Portland and I'm thinking of putting the cash in stocks, I know everyone is saying it's ripe enough, but Is this a good time to buy stocks? How long until a full recovery? How are other people in the same market raking in over $200k gains with months, I'm really just confused at this point.

Is the money you receive based on the yield-per-share at the payment time or is it determined by when you bought it.

I’m someone who just invested on my free time, I’m following a company that pays monthly, and I currently have 6 stocks, and thinking of buying more. ATM it is around $12 per share with a 12.6% yield, my question is, if I own say 50 shares, and the yield is 12%, does that mean every month that pay 12% of the stock value I own monthly or yearly?

What I wanted. Just a simple explanation about Dividends as it applies to the information out there. Other videos just didn't even give me a clue. This guy has YOU in mind. I like that.

Great video, Jason. I wanted to know what you thought about investing in dividend ETF schd, and if a fund like it can continue to consistently grow there div yield and share price as you said one goes up as the other goes down 🤔

Do index funds divided yields fluctuate significantly like mutual funds/stocks?

Also.... what's the difference between etf vs index funds?

I've been doing the same thing for a while..... so... I'm kinda ignorant about these things
