ОтветитьShoes are a must. The right shoes make all the difference in the world. Also don’t run on trails during the deer rut, so I normally knock off trail running from mid October until mid February. I saw a muscle bound Buck running top speed through the woods three years ago and made the decision to stay off the wooded trails during the deer rut
ОтветитьThanks, I just did my 1st run, I normally mountain bike, but trying out running, naturally I want to run in the forest so hence trail running, I've bought cheap shoe's to start with, what brand of shoe's are the favourites for you guys
ОтветитьWell that's certainly the loosest definition of trail running. One step away from being a paved trail lol. If you need an intro into running THESE types of trails, don't ever consider actual trail runs.
