The answer for the first question at the end of the video is 108 degrees:
180 - (2 * (90 - 54)) = 108
You can verify using 'angle between a chord and a tangent equals the angle in the alternate segment' and 'angle at the centre is twice the angle at circumference' theorems:
TOU = 2 * 54 = 108
