On the install you do not need to create a folder it will create a folder for you in the main directory also you're supposed to click the registry file first before opening the command prompt and I notice it was telling you port was in use is because you already had a another instance of invoke running if you look on the top Of your browser. and also on the installed MODELS you had two of the same files if you look to the bottom with the FP16 you'll notice one installed the other one failed because they're duplicated you will get fail on any duplicated or non supported file format so when you go to civitai And you see the word checkpoint on the thumbnail you may want to find one that says SD 1 also on the website there is a filter over on the right where you can filter for Lora and checkpoints set it to SD 1.5 These files can be used with your starter model like CyberRealistic v4.1 try image 768x1024 when you make a image invoke is picky on user choosing there own size This Normally can be fix that if you go over to the settings then advance settings then turn on high resolution fix this is not for Sdxl it's for sd1 the model i like see if you can find realisticVisionV51_v51VAE if your new i would use these models first rather then sdxl, Because Lora worked very well with them and the prompt text invoke understands very good
