ОтветитьI have a tendency to suffer from bodily tightness and experience back and shoulder pain, so I try to do these stretches. While I find it difficult to perform certain exercises, specifically the part where I must place my body on the floor with my legs split apart, I still push myself to complete it. It's a challenging maneuver, but I know it's beneficial for my overall physical health and well-being.
