Ответитьdear doctor, In previous years I had to wake up whole night with my teen age son,as he became a patient of anxiety and mental stress.
Now,Alhamdulilah, he is fine comparatively but now I've become mentally ill, and my sleep remains only from 3-4 hours.

I'd say that I get about 8 (or more) hours of sleep... but that's over a 24-hour period and not all in one or two sleeps/naps. 🙃

I am not exaggerating when I say that I am sleep deprived almost every single night. I have had intermittent and often insomnia my entire life! No one has been able to help me, either as friends, family, or professionals. Yes, sleep deprivation is a killer.
ОтветитьI’ve had a bad habit for a while of leaving my light on while I sleep because it’s across the room from my bed and I have trouble walking in the dark but I do have another light next to my bed so I’ve been using that to give me light to walk to bed and turning it off once I get in bed. And I’ve noticed I’m having more vivid dreams I can recall since I’ve been sleeping in a dark room.

ОтветитьChildren and Adults have different sleep needs. Have you tried the treadmill running and antioxidants? You can prefer that people care for you with much assistance, roommates, staff.
