... Oh I know I would not win , I could just know I played you ... I have watched others but no one is as "up" as you are ... Up means very positive and friendly to other players (win or lose) ... I live very rural in New York State and there are no chess clubs near me ... The best to you ... John

I played chess as a child through grade school but ended up stopping once I hit adulthood, thanks to queens gambit show I picked it back up however I am basically a beginner again. I love all of your videos and especially this one, I felt that I needed to start fresh and made a chess study notebook starting with this video, very easy to take notes from you and you explain and organize everything so well, thank you!

Really appreicate all your videos, im a beginner and hopefully not to old to learn(in my forties) so any videos you decide to publish will help me and other's immensley. I currently find finishing players off and the end game to be my biggest challange.

I’m stuck at 830. I played casually 30 years ago and just started back up this year. It’s very different having the computer analysis of games. In the 1980’s beating a computer was easy.

I’m great at the beginning game. You can only move two pieces pawn or knight easy then after that I suck. So everything about chess.

If you're a total beginner at chess I'd say learn the points value of the pieces. Another tip would be, NEVER, put your queen in the same file or diagonal as your king - it can be fatal for you.

Rather than only teaching how bad players could become better, why don't you explain better players how to limit their game to approximately equal the level of their opponent so that the party becomes open and therefore interesting😯
