Tried this on my F30 years ago and it worked fine. Now it does not work at all. Nothing happens but a chime sound when I do this now. iDrive and screen never goes black or resets. Tried it half a dozen times and nothing happens now. WTF?

It doesn't work, I turned on the accessories mode, parking is on, engine is off. Holded the volume button for over 1 min.

It did not work. i tried holding for more than a minute. Its a 2016 x5
