You are totally wrong. There are only TWO reasons to fail a driving test. Most of those that you mention are true. But only if they fall into the two reasons that you fail your driving test. I am an ex BSM driving instructor. The number 1 reason to fail a driving test is if you do something dangerous. and number 2, you do something that could have been dangerous.

I stopped at green arrow for right but you should mention that they won’t fail you if it was only for a few seconds and no one is behind you. I only got a driving fault for it

i just failed...3 serious faults 1 using a hand gesture to let somebody go...2 went on the lowered curb during reversing two car length...3 got into the wrong lane on a spiral roundabout

Took my car test in the uk, pretty intense, I did pass first time, but little room for error. My instructor told me to talk your thoughts to the examiner, he can’t answer back but he knows your intentions. Did my bike test over here, I have to say it was easy, out of the group no one failed.

My observations are fine, it’s just the people on the road 😔

See the test centre closes to me. Genuinely about 1/20 people fail before getting to the first roundabout which is not even half a mile away. Because there is a blind junction coming out of the test centre with cars on the side. Then at the end of the road there is another junction that doesn't look like a junction. SatNav doesn't count it as a junction, but it is, there's road markings.
For reference the second one is a left hand turn with a private carpark straight on, but the road is designed that it looks like a bend.
