I’m in Middle school and I’m 157 pounds and look heavier then other kids my age and get out of breath faster then the other at P.E I hope these videos really help me get to my dream weight of 120 pounds by December I will update when I do this workout next!

Starting to do it from tomorrow. Current weight 67 kgs goal 60 kgs. This months goal is losing 1-2 kgs. Height 163cm/5'4ft. Anyone wanna be with me and try this out?

Day 1 - could easily do it (but felt the cramps in thighs next morning)
Day 2 done - sweating so much and thighs are giving up, but still did it

when i did this workout 6 months ago, i couldnt get through 4 minutes. i did this today after months and i made it through to the end! im so proud of myself, we love u cassey <333

Im swesting so bad,that was such a hard workout my legs felt like they were going to give out but i did it and im so proud of myself and everyone else who did it,have a great day everyone because after thag you deserve it

This was such a great brain break! I'm currently doing a school assignment and I needed a brain break a quick 10 min work out worked perfectly got my heart PUMPING WOOO thanks so much and I'm doing this many more time (maybe 1-2 more times tonight hehe) THANKS

I am 238 pounds and starting this today, I’m definitely sweaty but motivated. I used to be 77 pounds lighter prior to Covid but I stopped working out during the pandemic. I’m aiming to reach 154 pounds. Wish me luck 😅

I can’t believe I completed it on my first try..I’m 200 pounds and I’m going to be doing it for 30 days and tracking it as well
Day 1: ✅(my heart was racing after completing the workout)
Day 2: my legs were really hurting from yesterday so I did an ab workout instead but tomorrow I’ll do it

I’ve been working out since March 31st only on my stomach and arm muscles and a little on my legs, this workout definitely humbled me for not knowing how much longer I should be working on my leg muscles 😅 Thank You for this awesome workout!

Logging my 2 week journey!
Day 1: Felt good! Knees hurt a bit, but a good start
Day 2: OOF my legs are achey, but once I got into the routine, it was all good.
Day 3: much like day 2, but I showed up!
Day 4: My knees omg… Casey’s motivation and ABBA’s tunes kept me going.
