ОтветитьI’m in Middle school and I’m 157 pounds and look heavier then other kids my age and get out of breath faster then the other at P.E I hope these videos really help me get to my dream weight of 120 pounds by December I will update when I do this workout next!

ОтветитьStarting to do it from tomorrow. Current weight 67 kgs goal 60 kgs. This months goal is losing 1-2 kgs. Height 163cm/5'4ft. Anyone wanna be with me and try this out?
Day 1 - could easily do it (but felt the cramps in thighs next morning)
Day 2 done - sweating so much and thighs are giving up, but still did it
Right from today I’m gonna do this for a month straight and come back to see if there’s any results. Don’t worry I’ll be honest. See you soon!

ОтветитьI am 238 pounds and starting this today, I’m definitely sweaty but motivated. I used to be 77 pounds lighter prior to Covid but I stopped working out during the pandemic. I’m aiming to reach 154 pounds. Wish me luck 😅

Day 1: ✅(my heart was racing after completing the workout)
Day 2: my legs were really hurting from yesterday so I did an ab workout instead but tomorrow I’ll do it

ОтветитьI’ve been working out since March 31st only on my stomach and arm muscles and a little on my legs, this workout definitely humbled me for not knowing how much longer I should be working on my leg muscles 😅 Thank You for this awesome workout!

Day 1: Felt good! Knees hurt a bit, but a good start
Day 2: OOF my legs are achey, but once I got into the routine, it was all good.
Day 3: much like day 2, but I showed up!
Day 4: My knees omg… Casey’s motivation and ABBA’s tunes kept me going.
Yay celebrate workouts without jumping! Aging and old injuries don’t like jumping unless it is trampoline.
