We would love to make this in this sultry, hot season. My mother in law used to make a light lau/ bottle gourd curry with motor daler bora very similar to this.

Thank you for giving the English and Bengali(?) names for things. Never though of using lentils in this way and now I have to try making these dumplings. You channel is very helpful to someone who never grew up with these food traditions but want to learn to cook great food!

This is one of the most unique recipes I have ever seen. I think when I make boras, I'll have to make double the portion, otherwise there will be nothing left for the curry. 🤣 They look so good! 😊

I love your recipes.. I took one and used beef as it was all I could afford.... and the whole peppers, with the potatoes and onion.. omg that came out so good. *I did it in the crock pot and it was a long long cook, and it was a 5 day meal fest*.... cheap eats but never so good.

How do you measure all the vegetables by gram?it would be much easier to day how many mr.potato or zucchini etc
