ОтветитьThank you, I did a workout today and wanted to stretch a little too (havent done both in quite a while) and i realised my lack of flexibility is kinda bad since im pretty young and i decided that i want to improve it :)

ОтветитьIf you put a little buffer between transitions then we'd be able to follow the stretches for the full 30 seconds. Good stretches but yeah keeping up with you and following the timer doesn't work
