thank you so much for this, i cant barely do these lol. What I am struglging with in particualr is any strech like the child pose which requires you to be able to sit on you heels, I cannot get even close.. Any tips?

This is the most accessible instruction I've found but I still couldn't get into some of the positions and my body feels worse now than when I started. I'm worried there's no hope for my inflexibility at this point 😞

If you put a little buffer between transitions then we'd be able to follow the stretches for the full 30 seconds. Good stretches but yeah keeping up with you and following the timer doesn't work
