Bro network info api is deprecated how to chack with latest api on api 21 or below

Hello sir. Would like to ask what code should be substituted that instead of close, it would just retry until it has internet connection?

Hlo sir . I have a problem in it when i add this coding in my project and launch app the msg of no connection is display for just millisecond and then it finish.
