Dhaara Films is a Lahore based production company. We produce feature films, documentaries, commercials, corporate videos, live events and all kinds of branded and interactive content. Our particular strengths lie in direction, cinematography, and writing.

Dhaara Films has created and facilitated a number of eminent films that have won critical acclaim at international film festivals, including Noor, which is a road movie about the identity crisis of a trans man. Noor was showcased at Festival du Cannes 2012. Another one of our projects to get international festival acclaim is A Walnut Tree, which is a feature-length documentary that takes us into the heart of IDP camps of war-ridden Fata region and portrays a story of doomed justice, trauma, and desperation. A Walnut Tree premiered at IDFA 2015.

We have a client base that covers a broad array of international film production companies, advertising agencies, TV channels and socio-development sector organizations.
