when i win the lottery, i might get your rhinoplasty service lols. but for now im fine with my tomato nose, besides, it makes me look young anyways. my sis has long nose but she looks older than me 😆. my nose looks baby nose so i look young. downside to it, mask falls off, eyeglasses falls off. Ive never smoked for the last 4 years.
But I smoked 2 cigarettes 2 days before my scheduled rhinoplasty. Will it affect the procedure? Should i reschedule the procedure?

I know about surgery and western medicine saying "no supplements" but could this be considered (no offense) to be an extension of western medicine's lack of knowledge about supplements? Ginger would be preferred by people like me for nausea rather than taking drugs. I have seen it do wonders for nausea and rapidly with no potential side effects and less cost. And what about the benefits of tumeric?
Magnesium is needed for more than 300 biochemical reactions in the body. It helps to maintain normal nerve and muscle function, supports a healthy immune system, keeps the heartbeat steady (I do believe it saved me from a cardiac event), and helps bones remain strong. It also helps adjust blood glucose levels. Vitamin C is another supplement I would want to take. If you are reading these comments I would ask:

I figured I'd come here to share this incase anyone has an upcoming procedure. I took one nasal spray of Desmopressin before surgery and homeopathic arnica tablets and I had practically no bruising! a little swollen, light yellowness under my eyes but oh my gosh I felt fabulous and everyone was stunned at how great it turned out. I highly recommend because it totally helped my recovery. Other than the cast on my nose it was like nothing happened.
