Believe me, water is the most underrated skincare product and active skincare ingredient out there. Drink lots of it, preferably 3 litres of it everyday, use a moisturizing body wash, shower/wash urself everyday, slap on generous amounts of moisturizers and u'll be just finee

I have no body odour, and thats due to the fact l massage my underarm skin with soap using my fingers. Thats has 100% eliminated BO, without using any sort of products at all, in a really simple regime.
It all started when l saw a ted ed video revealing how bacteria living at the bottom of underarms cause BO, and how it can't "ever be cured". I targeted my underarm skin, and mind you all, followed this routine unfailingly EVERYDAY, still doing so. Even if l don't hit the shower for 3 days my underarms don't smell, which is not the best option for ur skin, but the results blew me away srsly.
Basically what l targeted is killing the bacterial colony everyday using mild soap and water, and now the bacterial flora is nearly eliminated.
A very simple routine, but takes unflagging diligence. Simple soaps and washing everyday is the way to cure all skin problems lve seen

Doesn't benzoyl peroxide wash dry out skin on the body?

I always have a feeling of that I’m sweating, what should I do about it? Or what types of deodorant should I use? I never smell bad, it just bothers me and makes me worried.

I absolutely hate Lumi... I thought it would make me smell good and take care of my sweat... but I think it smells like perfume sprayed on to sweat. Not covered but just a mixture

I don't use underarm deodorant unless I'm in a situation where I'm unable to do my daily routine. I walk for 2 hours in the morning, shower...go about my day/work then bike for 45 minutes and shower again in the afternoon/early evening. Evenings are usually relaxed. My wife and kids are quick to let me know if I stink or have bad breath so I have to assume it's working ok.

I will say if I ever sweat more than a little spritz I HAVE to shower afterwards, can't handle that ick feeling. I have to assume showering twice a day isn't a problem either. I know this isn't feasible for most and I definitely do and will use deodorant if I had to go a full day without a 2nd shower.

Will have to check out this Lume deodorant as an alternative for non-routine days where showering is not a reasonable option.

When I eat clean organic, no alcohol, no sugar I never have body odor

No deodorant or antiperspirant works for me. I can't use the same every day. I do green juicing, shower twice daily, even add perfume. Had botox done and still have comments being said. I'm convinced it might be cancerous at this point. So frustrated

I went on the carnivore diet and my body odor is gone completely. I don’t even need deodorant.
