I got a question! How do you make a death scene just like the game called the Witch's house? I want to make a Rpg game too!

I’m currently making my first ever game using this and I’ve managed to make a skin selection area however as I’ve already made a lot of the game do I have to go through and change the dialogue profile pictures for each skin? Or is there an easier way to do this?
I’ve found the method of making different pages for each trigger and setting it as the character who triggers it gets that profile but I still have to change each profile picture in the dialogue box right?

How do I select a solid frame and place it somewhere like a summon(fire 3 all demon) ... have it stay in the corner and let the rest of the animation play ?
