I am probably going to have my hood wrapped in a matching blue but with a matte finish but that's because I drive uber full time for a living and sometimes when the sun is setting the light bounces off the hood and right into my eyes and now I'm blind and can't see for a few seconds

I would an angry head light with "whos an angry lil car wou ar wou are" sticker on the hood

Actually as my opinion, i think that eyelids are kinda good. Yeah, some cars will look goofy with them (like miata... It will look more cute) but some will look more agressive.

The only reason I only ever use Eyelids is to make my car look a little more cleaner, other than that yes they are such a PAIN IN THE ASS!!!!

I've been a car guy since basically high school, and here it is fifteen years later, and I'm just now finding out that RICE is an anagram. 🤦🏼‍♂️😳🧐 I was always told and under the impression that it just referred to tacky and/or fake mods usually found on JDM cars (back when the saying came out), and so it was sorta a non-racial racial joke about the cars being from Japan where they consume a lot of rice as a staple food, and the fart can mufflers also sounded "like a bunch of rice grinding in the engine/muffler", so we called em "rice grinders"....

Regarding the diffuser, I wish I could just buy one that fit, but nobody makes rear diffusers for lowered trucks, or any trucks actually whatsoever. Same for front bumper splitters, or any real aero really aside from tailgate ducktail spoilers

you probably won’t see this, but i used to watch religiously. but then got into other things. since i’ve bought a c6. and i think i subconsciously designed it like your c7 haha. yellow with similar black accents haha. hope all is well with you now and days, wish you nothing but the best.

The only mod i do on my new car is new alloy wheels or a carbon fiber bonet cant do exhausts in india the cops can impound your vehicle another thing buy genuine parts dont get the 4$ alibaba exhausts

I think matte for rims looks good with normal gloss colors. My car has matte paint over the stock rims. It makes them pop more against the crystal red paint but it doesn't take your attention away from the image as a whole, the big dent in the corner panel does that instead.

I like my shiny black car. I get why people like matte cars, like what you like

i dont like matte colors, because they hide those sweet sweet lines of some cars, satin is where its at or ultra glossy on some hypers

About wide exhaust pipe you are wrong, about huge exhaust tip yes... Wider pipe can deliver more air because less friction.... That experiment with paper towel pipe and straw you said isn't scientific and flawed. You lack understanding what you suppose to measure. If you want pressured air you make little pipe exhaust, If you want less pressure and more power you remove headers and exhaust system...

I seen Toyota Prius without headers getting extra 20 HP and better time on racetrack 😏👌

I have a black Boxster (2001). It was very much in need of new paint (or wrap), and at the time, I was on a slight budget. My wife didn't think another color would look good with the interior, so she was adamant that I stick with black. My compromise was to go with matte black. At least then I would feel like it was different from before. The reality is that it looks fantastic. Matte black with red accents is a great combination.

Honestly if you want """aggressive""" paint it looks sick to put a black "shadow" like on the C6.R or C3 25th anniversary edition.

My dad has "accidental" eyelids (black vinyl ones he made) on our Saturn Vue.
They actually make it look somewhat cool, but it's there because the headlight adjuster is broken lol.

When i say agressive i mean, the car or the part itself only LOOKS agressive, but if you mix a lot of it, the car will porbably be ruined. Like the Bosuzoku cars, if you pick only one of their parts and analyze it, the sharp details would make it agressive by itself. But put all of them together and you and up with a car that i consider to be stupid
