That's ridiculous. Way too much money. They just need it to charge for air. There are beautiful houses but I wouldn't pay all that.

ОтветитьI love how all these mobile home communities are rebranding themselves as "tiny home communities". They are basically mobile home parks with homes that have modern finishes and big prices. My small 3 bedroom regular home was way less than these. And I own the land. Its a nice home if you want a mobile home in FL, just have a place to stay during hurricanes!

ОтветитьNOT tiny homes...they aren't this big. Look up what they are so you are not misleading folks. These are moble homes. Very nice, but rentals in these kind of places are ridiculously high.

ОтветитьThose monthly fees add up quickly. You're looking at $1,000/month not including the house. For seniors on a fixed income, that is way too much.
Ответить$675 per month for lot rent which can go up 3% annually is really high especially when you can own a larger block home in OTOW and pay $385 amenities which gives you more including the fact that you own the property. This place is basically a high class trailer park. Not a good investment.

ОтветитьA great idea when you lose the upkeep cost. Downsizing to this may not be for YOU but it is absolutely for someone. Love the concept. We have the other location in Flat Rock, NC. I think we need more of this concept developed. Realtor agent in NC and SC This is not a trailer park. This may not be for you and your lifestyle but the amenities that are offered here and what that fee includes are not horrible. Ex. look at a condo in Myrtle Beach SC and you'll find 800 HOA fees with no problem. And the condo also will need to be updated at a price point of the upper 200s to 300s depending on the distance from the ocean. Or a trailer that is dated pre-1990s and selling for 70k but you have a ton of maintenance for a trailer. ROOF for example. This again is not for everyone but the tiny home concept is and has grown.
