Dumbledore didn't own all three Deathly Hallows. The cloak was passed down through Harry's family all the way back to one of the Peverall brothers, and it never states if he had all three at once. He only found Marvolow's ring when he suspected it could be a Horcrux.

Ah, Harry Potter is more powerful than Voldemort because Harry defeated Voldemort in all of their duels. Voldemort was just more skilled than Harry. Voldemort cannot even perform the Patronus Charm.
Voldemort is more powerful than Grindelwald, JK Rowling said so herself.

what about merlin? he is so well known that he is basically a 'god-like' figure with people saying by merlins beard and other merlin related statements even hundreds of years later.

1) Dumbledore:
No comment needed.

2) Voldemort:
Put up a great fight on his own against Dumbledore even when Dumbledore had the Elder Wand. Was also said several times in books and movies to be the most powerful Dark Wizard to ever live, even after the events of Grindelwald…

3) Grindelwald:
The first Wizard to actually put up a fight against Dumbledore. They were rivals once in Dumbledore’s youth. However, Dumbledore became more powerful after Grindelwald was sent to Azkaban.

4) The Four Founders:
At their time they were the strongest and wisest wizards. Gryffindor had so much power that he had to use a sword to basically want a challenge and fight like regular muggels, Slytherin spoke Parsel tongue and created the Chamber of Secrets which no one could ever discover, Rowena and Hufflepuff were also in the same level of power.

5) McGonagall:
Tough choice between her, Snape, and Bellatrix but considering what we saw in the movie, she overpowered Snape into retreat. You could say he might of not wanted to hurt her but it was never proven that was the reason. Also second in charge of Hogwarts to make matters more in her favor.
