Thankfulness goes a long way with my productivity. I like to look at harder circumstances in life is actually training me in patience,gentleness, practicing forgiveness, letting go, and self-control.

Getting dress for success is very important one thing that might sound really crazy and silly that I have always said that has work for me is when I wear shoes in the house and working I get more done there's actually been a study done on this before that people get more done if they're wearing shoes crazy huh

interesting points! I noticed how long your hair is, have you ever had it cut? Also this is not offered in a negative spirit, but I have noticed in several videos that you often wear your hair to one side, and that your head is angled to the same side. Could it be that it is very heavy and causing neck strain? That could be a source of headaches. Just trying to offer something that could be helpful, since I felt badly that you had medication for headaches in multiple locations in your videos.

Thank you for all your great tips and encouragement. Though you need to try to speak a little bit slower for people whose 1st language isn't english. And when you can try to improve the audio, use a small microphone (it goes on your clothes with a small pin near you mouth) it gets a super audio quality. :)
