I am literally crying big joyful ploppy tears right now!!!🥹🥲🥹 The inspiration kitchen is the one I've saved over and over again on Pinterest. I have been racking my brains on how to take the steps to create the same old world style in my own kitchen. I spent many of my younger years visiting my grandparents in England. Every time we went to an 'old' pub or a castle, I would absorbe all of the stone and beam details. I just did not know 'how' to do it cost effectively.
You have both inspired me, beyond belief, to move forward and create my dream/reality kitchen. Beyond grateful you made and shared this video. Thank you thank you thank you🙏🏼

the de Vol kitchens also have their channel on prime, that's where I watch their show, they make their own handles knobs plates, everything, they have a store in New York....love that show, the different things they hand make from lamp shades to towel racks, they are beautiful...I too love the english cottage style....

My home is a mobilehome that had laundry room in the kitchen with full size washer dryer with sliding doors removed. From every entrance the first thing you would see is the washer dryer... As a single, empty nester I chose a smaller size stackable washer /dryer leaving the same space enough room for a medium size refrigerator. That allowed me to NOT buy 'for looks' the more expensive refrigerator. I updated the sliders with a custom look I love ( now the attention getter in the kitchen)

How high are your ceilings? I love the beamed look but our ceilings are 8 feet and I'm worried it'll make it look SO low.

Looking back, Do you think you could have just picked out/bought the cheapest stone you could find you could find since it's all getting covered? And you mentioned that if you put them closer together you'd use less plaster, do you think that'd be more cost effective?? Thank you!!!!

This is just what I've been looking for. We did our kitchen similar but with Chicago brick from floor and decor. I especially love our coffee station with a stained wood counter and the brick backsplash. Can't wait to see more...
