This episode aired quite awhile ago, and I haven't seen anything happen with this information, nor have the privacy laws concerning our dated really changed. Are we ever going to get a follow up episode with whatever happened with this data he collected? It would be a smash hit.

Literally a few weeks ago, someone from my dads past found him through one of those people finding sites to try and re enter his life. He uses no social media and isn’t a big internet person but regardless he was tracked. He didn’t seem too freaked out about it but I immediately called it stalker behavior and recommended for my moms sake to not talk to this woman.

Honestly, why would I have to worry about companies knowing my habits and search history? And why would you? We like to post comments and engage in online debates, we expose ourselves 100% willingly on social media like never before. These are historic times, we need to work harder to actually saving the planet and doing something good for other people, so in my view we have more important things to worry about than yesterday's concept of privacy these days. I might be wrong, but I might also be right.

So I went to school for surgical technology and I used to Google a lot of information to get more in-depth knowledge. I had people calling me and telling me that I am eligible for a lawsuit because of a surgery that I had though at that time I've never had a surgery and the surgery they said that I had didn't really apply to me because I don't have testicles so me having a surgery to remove them was absolutely hilarious. I asked the guy who called Saying he had my medical records and I asked him what sex did it say I was and he said female I told him he needed to go back to school Because obviously he has no clue what he is actually reading.

American showers are nightmare! WHY ON EARTH are they buried in the wall?! In most normal countries this is a thing on a tube. You can hang it up on a hook OR you can remove it from and point the shower wherever you want! Oh, that's so annoying!
Also it's cheaper to install, fix and replace - one don't need to break the wall for this.

Data brokerages are so immoral, even if you tell them you do not want their services or products, they will still sell your information so that way you can get junk mail and other junk advertisements. This should not be legal at all.

Y’know with it being over a year and nothing coming of what happened they really should deanonymize the data to show that it can be done and then run this again for another round of data blackmail, that may get congress’ attention

This show should really be part of every high school curriculum. If more people knew how messed up things were maybe more poeple would stand up and do the right thing.

Years ago I volunteered as Hotline operator for domestic abuse, only to the one call where the husband strangled the family dog because his wife and 2 little girls had sneaked back to the home to get the pet and a few items and right in front of them as they were terrified I listened as he killed their dog as they screamed hysterically. I got cut off, but no way was I family myself and if ever going to be able to help anyone after that. And I could have been from a dysfunctional family, as there was no screening process at the time,but it was just more than I could bear, these poor families in situations like that, I donate to Red Rover who helps them.
Ed Snowden countered the point of not caring if anyone hears their private talks,.and made the point in thaqt it isn't that you're doing anything wrong, but your privacy is yours not others.

Comedy is that twilight zone where they mix activism with vulgarity, draw it out a little, and cover it up with some playful positivity, to drive the message deep into society, not in any particular order. Like any magician's act, they stock the audience with support. In any other case, someone giving you a complex would be ignored, but if you label it "comedy" they all line up to get brainwashed. Tragedy is much easier to understand. It's a bad situation that you wait and wait to witness so you can gasp and then empathize or feel better about yourself.
