I was getting 60 on a decent pc and I’m now getting 305 but I locked it to 144

I do have a shader and resource pack going, but I'm only getting 70 fps. I have a 3070 which may not be the greatest, but it's pretty good, and it's sitting there unused. It was trying to play a moment ago and it was 36C. Basically idle. It's not really stressing my CPU (i5-12600k) either. I don't know what's going on.

I realized after 30 minutes of looking the setting single handedly bring my fps down was smooth fps

I was only getting 100 now I am getting 1000 on average

I didn't try it out if it gives more fps than usual u will get a sub

What i dont understand is how on vanilla i was playing on a monitor and got around 600 fps, bc i was using my gpu (gtx 1650) instead of my cpu (intel i5 10th gen), and i got even more when i used sodium, but when i went to play forge with optifine i was getting about the same 30-60 fps i was without my monitor, even though my settings for forge were for it to run on my gpu

This helped alot bc i was set wrong settings and i have less stutters on my old laptop but this fog setting is does for me nothing
