on cyberpunk no gpu can run the highest setttings on 4k without the help of DLSS.

its amazing how nice the 4090 is. 50 watts less then the 3090 and like 55-75% more performance. though your poor 3090 is running awefully hot. maybe time to change all the thermal paste and pads. hell even the 4090 is running pretty hot. mine rarely reaches 60 and generally sits in the 40s-50s. then again i have the rog strix 4090 which has that insane 16 inch heat sink 😅😅😅

can't wait for the 5080 to make the 4090 look like a third tier card 😂

I stayed away from the 4090 because of the freaking melting power hook up. Plus the freaking 4080 itself is still a beast. Its pretty increadible.. Plus the crazy price of the 4090

I have RTX 3090 24GB do I need to change for like RTX 4070Ti if I want 2k resolution Ultra setting + ultra Ray Tracing to get 120Fps ? What scares me about 4070 Ti is 12GB vram

Asus Rog strix 3090 and Zotac 4080 trinity have same price in my country. I was planning to get 3090 but these reviews changed my mind. Do you think if Zotac brand is good for gpus? For last 15 years i stayed in Asus brand. Still confused to decide.

Everyone hated on the 4080 on its release. I did the maths (including power consumption), compared it to the 3090 and amd cards and it turned out to be the best bet. It'll run anything and is a lot cheaper than the 4090. The 4080 is underrated.

Within the envelope of detail, realism or just "graphics" how much "more" could we possibly get? Especially considering 8k from 4k doesn't seem worth it, unless you have a projector and/or 100 inch or so screen and sit close.

After resolution is no longer a hindrance to performance, what could they implement to justify say GPUs 3-5 generations from now for purchasing. We will eventually hit diminishing returns, right?

I've changed 3090 to 4090. The best upgrade since gtx 980 to 1080 ti

Wow the 4090 is monstrous. This is probably the biggest GPU leap over its generational pretender in at least a decade.

Also, thanks for the first part as I have the exact same case. It's good to see how the larger cards will fit in my case.

Should I keep my 3090 suprim x or go with the 4070ti without no extra cost? Idk if it's worth spending £400 more for a 4080

4090 is garbage

I tried AC: Valhalla with i9-9900 KS, 5 GHz all cores, 16 GB dual channel DDR4-3900 MHz 17-18-18-38 memory, rtx 4080 3015 MHz Core, 24300 MHz Memory, Windows 10, Corsair HX 850 platinum power supply and using 4K ultra high preset I had 97 FPS avg and 68 1% low :D
