Such a nice genuine bloke, always mentions quo fans and what quo was about..How the hell did he put up with Rossi all those years. Rossi always dismissed that era of Quo and his fans and comes across as a prick in interviews. RIP Rick.
ОтветитьYoko Ono was the death of that band
ОтветитьCompare the "HELLO" album to "Marguerita Time"
ОтветитьWell I loved "Piledriver" and thats the album I will be taking with me into the next world ! But Rick above all was too me the original engine driver of Quo and cant understand why he only got a 3rd of a page in the Sun paper at his passing when pervert George Michael got himself away with a 14 page colour pullout of the same paper .
ОтветитьHello will always be the #1 album. But the moment Spud dropped the beat like a slab on your head with "Mystery Song" @ 20 seconds (Blue for You '76) the classic period was over with that one song. Hell of an intro and relentless beat. Thank you guys.✌👍
ОтветитьHello is a great album from Quo.
Ответить👁️👁️❓
Perché= basso / DRUM / tastiera non erano in nominative 🙏❓❓
Un grande dei STATUS QUO 👑
ОтветитьNever listen , until now. , loving it
ОтветитьMy mum used to be his cleaner, said he was a really great guy
ОтветитьCan’t work out the rhyming slang for Nicky Lauder , anyone ?
Ответить"the quo fans"! 🤣is there such a thing...Spinal Tap eat your heart out...me suspects that the "quo fans" are non existent....
ОтветитьWho?
ОтветитьHe was such a nice guy.
ОтветитьA truly great album.
ОтветитьRick was the engine and machine in Quo after Ricks death no Quo.
ОтветитьRick, he's playing guitar like ringing the bell. RIP Rick😢
ОтветитьA Monster strummer. Massive high action, 14s strings and his picks centre punched by his guitar tech so he could keep hold of them. He was a unique rhythm guitarist. Sad loss.
ОтветитьQUO without Lancaster & Coghlan isn't QUO.
Cocaine killed THE FRANTIC FOUR.
All of a sudden the colour of the world changed and away we went, and the next thing I knew I’d lost my septum.
ОтветитьBest Rhythm guitarist ever ,and Quo at the Hello period were mile's better than zz top✌️
ОтветитьR.I.P Ricky! Great Guitarist!😢
ОтветитьRick had a lovely speaking voice, interesting bloke to listen to
ОтветитьRest in peace Rick, you were the greatest 😢
Quo without Rick isn't Quo.
Don't think I will ever be able to decide on the greatest rhythm guitarist in rock n roll, it's just too close to call between this guy and Malcolm Young. Both were machines......
ОтветитьDid some great stuff in their early days...John Peel was a fan...Paul Weller is a fan...no bigger endorsements than those...people forget that Quo were considered 'the people's band' in the mid 70s... a bit like Oasis in the 90s...Ma Kelly's and Dog of Two Heads...great albums....
ОтветитьOne of the, if not the greatest rhythm guitarists to of walked the planet. When I was 13 I wanted to be Rick so bad, the looks, his voice a style. Mystery Song, Rain absolutely killer examples of his writing and open tuning style. I love Ma Kelly’s and Dog of Two Head, the early days of a change in style and learning their craft. Hello, with Roll Over Lay Down opening track absolutely amazing and superb album. Can’t believe he left us but with respect he lived the rock n roll lifestyle to the fullest. A lovely man. ✌️
Ответитьcocaine is chav land
ОтветитьIt's a shame how most great bands break up but retain respect.
Yet Quo just leave a hollow emptiness. The odd way everything dissolved into the ether.
Such a great band
Nicky Lauder/powder ha ha ha ha
ОтветитьCan't hear the interviewer........
ОтветитьTitle is misleading, the album was called Hello and it was by Status Quo.
ОтветитьRIP Rick
ОтветитьFrancis never reflects on how good they were , he's almost in denial about the heavy side of the band.
Ответитьsad he's gone
