Hi -- so happy I found you guys. Bought Jump Ropes three weeks ago from Miami. 5 day delivery got delayed to two weeks now delayed ?? I've had to buy another temporarily. Any idea of what's up? Will be signing up for beginner four-week challenge.
ОтветитьThis is very different.
I completed this 4 times with 30 second rest in between rounds.
Fully dead 🔥🔥🥵🥵
Hi. I live in 3rd floor and it's wooden floor. So when I was jumping 2nd floor man came to my door complaining that his roof was shaking as well as chandler. Although I am very fast and a pro jumper. Can you guys please suggest me how can I jump on wooden floor?

ОтветитьThank you for the video. I've just started my "Fat2Thin" journey on my channel. I'm going public with it to keep myself motivated. The metal journey is the hardest for me. Motivation to keep at it every day without fail. Any tips on getting in the right frame of mind will be great, the other stuff I can learn from your videos.
ОтветитьI'm 16 , just started 2 days ago .I can only do 20 jumps per set , how long should I jump rope per day to get a good result
ОтветитьHey guys, I'm not really a follower of the canal but I appreciate what you guys do and how you teach people how to get into skipping, I love skipping, started about less than a year ago and my personal best was 3 hours with weighted rope (never again though, actually wished I recorded it, 19.1k jumps), I love doing cardio and how it genuinely improves your day to day life, usually I like to do 1 hour of skipping and then some muscle training about 3 times a week but only because I still have some fat to lose while I try to put on some muscle (and can still afford to treat myself to some not-so-healthy treats), I will probably reduce the amount of time I put into it but never leave it just because after the initial threshold, the initial shame and pain of not being able to do it properly, it just becomes something to look forward to.
For new people that have a few loose screws like myself, if you do skip for long periods of time PLEASE use a foam roller on a roller in general for your tibias, long periods of skipping without rolling your tibias will make you have some terrible tibia pains, they are really simple to do (painful still though) and they will keep you on good condition to keep skipping.
Thank you guys and keep the hard work!
Hey guys! I've been jumping rope like 2 months and now I do them everyday for 30 mins and recently my lower legs are starting to feel pain. I think it's bcoz of putting too much strain on them. How could I jump without putting much strain?
ОтветитьWhy does my right side (right abdominal) hurt after 2 minutes of jumping 😫
ОтветитьI like running I try to run 4-5 miles a day just to keep my weight but man jump rope it’s just so addicting, i jumó for 3 min three times and then finish it up with 11 min non stop I’m aiming to jump rope 20 min min stop I’m not sure if that’s good but it’s sure fun.
ОтветитьI feel SSSSOOO fat from this month already..im starting this 2night!! 😵😵💃💃👍
ОтветитьI can't seem to learn the tricks. I can't practice them during a workout without taking away from it. So how is the best way to learn them.

ОтветитьDo you jump with a crossrope XL set or is it L?
ОтветитьThe workout posted at the beginning of the video is not the same one???
ОтветитьI’m liking all the 5 minute workouts added to the channel recently…seems like stuff I could do at rest stops on my next road trip to keep the blood flowing
ОтветитьMy man Dan. 💯💯💯💯❤❤❤❤😊😊😊😊
