What was the point soldering the frets then taking them out?...lol...I'm so confused
ОтветитьYou see, companies like Fender and Gibson love these guys because they understand that this creates uncertainty in the used market because nobody wants to end up with this piece of shit so if you want a genuine guitar, you have to buy a new guitar.
ОтветитьThat's not a Stratocaster and you didn't restore those pickups.
ОтветитьFake drums. How dare you?
ОтветитьTalk about coming back from the dead, amazing what a little love can do.
ОтветитьIs it just me 🥴 but very little of the original guitar renained in the final one..... so not sure what the purpose was. Could have made a body and scavenged other bits for less effort 🥴
Ответить👋👍🎸♥
ОтветитьApakah gitar tersebut anda jual ?
ОтветитьIn the start of the video i've seen an Orfeus hollowbody guitar for $79.99
ОтветитьBased on the year made and the plywood body, coupled with the headstock shape my best guess is that this is a Squier Stratocaster made in Korea in either the Samick or the Young Eum factories. I have a parts-caster I love that uses one of those bodies, in fiesta red.
ОтветитьBeautiful good job
ОтветитьNot a Fender at all!!!!
ОтветитьBeautiful work, but why go through the effort to restore the neck? Was there anything unique or special about that neck that justified restoring it over buying a new one?
ОтветитьDamn what a great video, not to mention bringing the dead back to life! I love making junk awesome again!! Epic skills and patience!! You got a new sub today! TY
ОтветитьВот это смешно, Орфей стоит дороже стратокастера
ОтветитьNão é Fender! É possível perceber a má qualidade e espessura do bloco da ponte. Além disso, o corpo dessa guitarra é feita de compensado prensado.
ОтветитьThe Lamp is the Coolest.
ОтветитьIt's not a fender strato
Ответитьthanks for the lack of background music)
ОтветитьFENDER???????????
ОтветитьLa verniciatura lascia a desiderare, il resto Ok. Bravo
ОтветитьI love your close ups!
ОтветитьNicely done and well filmed with a bit of humor - nice to see. But the paint job needed more surface preparation, a clear top coat and rubbing back the orange peel and then polishing. The regret job was good but the frets needed leveling and re-crowning with a fall away above the 12th fret. I also line my cavities with copper foil against hum. I like the red metallic and would. Like to do a proper candy apple red, maybe using flake as base coat rather than just silver. On my next telecaster build for my nephew I want to do a British flag using red and blue clear coat over silver flake (instead of red, white and blue solid colors). Always another project around the corner
ОтветитьThats not an Fender guitar. It's a cheap import. It might be a Squier but one of the real cheap ones.
And how did you get it this gunky before you 'restored' it?
Ok the yellow paint is kinda ugly but tape off the area where their is bare wood bro when a guitar is aged it gives it a backstory and character 6/10 for this vid
ОтветитьYes I agree but what I would have done Is replace the neck and electronics but leaves the paint dude that aging looks nice why repaint I looks aged you know
ОтветитьSuper excited to watch this video. Philips is from the city we grew up in. They sure had some excellent designers back in the day.
ОтветитьGuitar turned out hella dope, Rusty Restore! I also want that lamp! It looks [CENSORED] badass!
ОтветитьCAPOLAVORO...
Ответить🤘❤️🤘
Ответить👍❤🎶
ОтветитьGreat job Rusty.
I would recommend some bees wax on all screw going into wood.
Just a thought
I absolutely hate these "restorations" that absolutely ruin the integrity of the patina. And I can guarantee that that guitar body sounded better before it was covered by plastic. Not only that. but it told a story of the instrument. Own the blemishes. I'm all for the craft of luthier, but don't abuse it and destroy such a historic instrument and it's story. Much like the trend of OG ferraris now - owners wants an authentic item, with it's story told in it's aesthetic. FINALLY. Erasing history to attempt (underlined) to recreate an instrument's original condition - without the orgiinal luthier's materials and processes is just an exercise in ego, and for money. Use your reach to educate people about how these instrument's were made.
ОтветитьAmazing!
Ответитьfantastic job.he deserves a medal or something.
ОтветитьES RELIC
ОтветитьWhy lie and say it’s a Fender? You’re a goof.
ОтветитьFender com este headstock, mentiu pro tio, larguei de mão nos primeiros segundos...TÁ LOCO!!!
ОтветитьAre u sure that it’s originally the real fender? It’s looks like a cheap copy

ОтветитьPense que era la guitarra dee jhonny ramone usaba esa el no?
ОтветитьMas essa guitarra não é uma Fender. Deve ser alguma guitarra koreana.
Ответитьplywood ! not a fender ! cheap guitar
Ответитьとても作業が雑ですね、America的といいますか
ОтветитьThat's not a 92 Fender Stratocaster. Lol. These videos are staged. Look it up.
Ответитьlemon oil on a maple neck)
ОтветитьThe way the video is shown is wonderful, but above all, the restoration technique is careful and beautiful! 🎥🎸😆
I registered because it is very helpful 👍✨
I use a Les Paul, but Fender is a great guitar because it's easy to repair and assemble, and it's very well thought out❣️🎸
Block/saddles dusent look Femder to me but.. 🤔
