This might be a dumb question but what bolts did you use to put the table frame together?

I would like a closer look at the maso screen showing entering cutter length setting. Also, a closer look at the screens you showed in the video.

The water cooled is much quieter than the air cooled and better for running large projects. It also makes dust collection easier as the air cooled is trying to blow the chips out and away from the head, and leaves much more mess behind.

Onefinity quality control is crap. Make sure you remove every rail and check it for straightness when you get it. I like many others am stuck with a 2mm gap in every cut over a foot and a half. Because I didn’t check it in time.

They tell you in the forums but not in there marketing to remove the rails and roll them over a granite table to check they are straight.

did you say that spindle was a thousand bucks? can you send a link and what makes it worth 5 times the normal cost of a chinese spindle?

The spindles with the water cooled system run quiet verses the air cooled.

I am looking to buy the 32"x48" Elite Journeyman, and I will probably go with a 80mm air cooled spindle. My intention is to cut speaker flat packs, for my MLTL-6 (mass loaded transmission line) speakers.
I have a question about the drag chain - does it come with the machine; or where did you get it? What size/length is it?
I like your bench - the storage would be a big factor for me. Thank you for covering the dust collection and the Masso - this is very helpful.

Can you do cabinet work

Just curious does One Infinity allow you to tram out the Spindle? Another words ensuring the spindle is flat to the sacrificial board. You would notice that when you flatten a board you have no waviness of the endmill that shaved the top of the board.

Rule of thumb (when cutting metal, at least), any tool projection more than 4 times the tool's diameter begins a journey into chatter land. It can certainly happen in shorter conditions and most definitely in conditions beyond that rule. It would appear that you're around the 6X mark in projection. Not saying other play in the machine isn't present, but the tool projection will certainly promote it.

Did you use 3/4 plywood on the table ?

Does it take half inch bits? Or is it limited to 1/4? 🤔 I don’t see any info about this on the website

Great video! Answered a lot of my questions! I have the Elite Woodworker in my cart right now. I have been on the fence on which CNC to buy and it seems that the Onefinity is a really solid machine from all the videos I have been watching. I have been comparing the Shapeoko, stepcraft, and a few others but the Onefinity seem to be more of a professional build vs the other brands.
I am really on the fence on the spindle. I have looked at the PWN as well as the one sold by BulkMan (1.5kw 80mm 110v air cooled) and I am open to other suggestions. Was trying to save a few bucks here and there on the setup.
I would also be interested in your bit (cheap and expensive) recommendations. Where do you source them and what seems to be your most used for inlay cutting boards?
The bench is the last issue. I like the bench setup you have, ToolsToday uses a custom solution that is really nice and has lots of storage space, and I have seen a few prebuilt ones from Husky and other manufacturers that seem to fit the size and storage requirement. I will be going with the 32x32 cut model so I will be searching for something a bit smaller. If you have the onefinity that is roughly that size - I would like a recommendation for a bench.

Hey I'm loving the setup! I'm looking to pretty much copy this setup but putting my on spin on it. I would like your opinion on something. I ordered the QCW spoil board rails for the Elite Foreman but after watching your video, I'm leaning towards putting down my own T-tracks and boards. Do you think I should save myself $500 and build my own? Any feedback would be much appreciated. I ordered my whole setup in May so I'm not expecting it till about October. Anyways, I'm enjoying watching your videos and I'm learning a lot! Cheers! 🍻

How much can you possibly be selling those spoons for? That's about $11 of black walnut where I live.

Do you consider this elite foreman to be a cnc for beginners or would you recommend a machine that’s easier to get my feet wet? I’m a fan of buying once (within reason) to avoid feeling I need to upgrade later.

PwnCNC has a 20% off sale today, so obviously I had to jump on their 220v water-cooled spindle. The upgrade process begins!
