I've been very disappointed with my Sony Linkbuds S. Coming from some relatively cheap Anker life dots, I made the assumption that these would be better, but the I always have to switch to my phone for calls because there is always a problem, even when I'm in a quiet environment. My life dots were always good and I was told it was very clear when I tested them. For just listening to music they're great, but it's abreal disappointment for making calls.

Tell me, do you think that Soundcore Liberty 4 is a better choice now, or its older brother Liberty 3 Pro? What I care about is the sound quality and wearing comfort (I exercise at the gym and I also run) and this is also very important to me. Is there a clear sound difference between these headphones and if so, in favor of which one? Which one would you choose @aaronloudnwireless??

Are there ways to improve call quality earbuds generally?

I have been told on the phone while using wf1000xm5 and liberty 4NC earbuds that I either sound too far away or muffled, and occasionally, I will be told that I sound very clear. I was wondering if it may not be the earbuds that necessarily have the best call quality all the time, but the type of device the other individuals are using. For example, if you're calling customer support service for one reason or another, they could be using a device that is outdated, and some companies use headsets that have microphones that could be inexpensive. Some people tell me I sound extremely clear when I am in quiet environment as expected, but when in a noisy environment, I am told that I should use my hands free that I can not be heard at all

Watching this with my nothing ear (2) . I’m happy with this product. It likes cool, sounds great, good mic all with a reasonable price tag.

My samsung earbuds pro 2 don't work with whatsapp audio or video calls. This is when there is a successful Bluetooth connection with my samsung galaxy s22 ultra. I don't know why samsung didn't think of thoroughly testing them with whatsapp before releasing. Possibly a bug, I don't know. I reckon that almost everybody makes whatsapp calls most of the time, so pretty annoying if you can't really do that hands free. I'll return these earbuds and get some other brand, hopefully one mentioned in this video here

Nothing Ear 2 is the winner. But I read in some review it have issue with battery drained so fast, is that true?

I just got the Google Pixel Buds Pro today, and... The Nothing Ear2 definitely won this comparison. However, I am still happy with the Google Buds, as they have a lot of features I haven't seen in other buds, I got them for a lower price, and they're smaller in my ear.

I have AirPods pro 2 and I’m so disappointed…

I am looking for buds with 10hrs+ battery life for phone calls and your reviews are very helpful to cross off what I wont purchase from my list. These all sound absolutely terrible - I definitely wont use any one of these for making professional calls. Really poor microphone performance. If I can make a suggesstion for tests...the best test is if you open the tap or flush a toilet, and then see how the background noise comes through, to tell you if it is good or not. Because I can tell you from experience: when someone flush the toilet after you have just spent 20 minutes with them on a call, it is the absolute worst sound experience to be on the receiver end of that and especially the sound of water amplifies somehow...

Try to test Elevoc Clear earbuds - they have one of the best mics I've tested.

Hands down the Jabra pro is easily the best, at least on the video....it is quieter but sounds natural, the Nothing Ear sound tinny... like your on speaker phone... really surprised how bad the Air Pods were....

Great segment. Btw agree on the Jabra Elites, completely useless for calls. I was immediately told after using a new pair of elite pro 7s I bought that the call quality was poor and sounded distant. If only they spent as much money on engineering as marketing...
