The music quiz that NOBODY on Facebook could answer! Can you name the song?

I think the connection is London, with the opening theme of symphony 104 of Haydn nicknamed the "London". I think the song is early 19th century in the folk song tradition - and may have lyrics about London. Am I in any way correct?

Don't know. Just know I liked it, especially the second piece. When do we learn the answer?
