No one....even Gujrati's do not tell exact water proportion for dhokla batter and cooling of tadka ....very well explained....my daughter she is very much fond of your receipes.....she prepares it for it does turns into disaster......I was looking for proper Shegaon kachori receipe.....when we go for darshan to Shegaon....then only we can eat....but with your receipe....we can have it @ home.....❤❤❤❤❤❤ by the way we are Gujrati!😂😂😂😂😂 but love to learn from you!
