Hahaha -My contacts are +5 & +6. I was performing Send In the Clowns in front of 1,400 people. It was one of those flawless moments -I'm sitting at the piano, singing "...and no one is there," after an inordinate pause I like to put in before that phrase ...and I KNEW the pin spot had caught the single tear I let trickle down the cheek the audience sees ....AND MY BRILLIANT BLUE CONTACT FOLLOWED IT and STUCK half way in and halfway out of my eye -it looked like I was having a seizure for the rest of the song. Carole Channing preferred to stay half blind when performing -you had to tell her who she was talking to if you were taking her through a crowded room. LoL xoxo :)

Emma Stone's story reminded me of when I used to wear contacts. (Given the need for reading glasses, I've given up on them.) Once at the corner of Broadway and 8th St., on a windy day, a gust hit me straight in the eyes and I watched both lenses blow away. Fortunately, I wasn't far from the optometrist where I purchased my lenses so I called them and explained. After they finished laughing, they told me I could get a pair of lenses no problem.
