DSA is cool, I've been eyeing the OSW for decades. Now that I've actually built an AR10 .308 and have some ammunition I may finally pull the trugger and buy one. I'd love a full length FN FAL but after hauling around a Springfield Armory M-14 fir years on watch in the Navy I also rather love the idea of getting a Scout Squad rifle as a middle ground M1-A and SOCOM 16 "go to"

You can tame that flame, you have the wrong tip on that thing. Put on an AR-10 flash hider and you'll not have that giant flame anymore. Even the shortest barrel they make 4" there's still no flame with the AR-10
