How to do the same if more than 1 Json file in a single return,other than doing individual files and consolidating them

sir some times I am unable to understand what is the heading of original data, is there any solution for this? for example when json is converted to excel online POS column data is in following format " state code (numeric) - state name" but when power query is used POS column data shows only state code.

GSTR 4A json file I converted as u said using power query, in that one of the columns is gstr 2a filing status by supplier but in power query heading is "colummn 1. cfs". How to understand headings of columns in such circumstances?
