I come from the year 2023. They were wrong. It turns out the 2080 ti is faster and cheaper used. The 2080 ti will never die.

I'm so happy I got a 2070 super before the price hikes, in the midst of crypto lull. Is it the best card for 4k. No but I have a 2k monitor so who cares. I can play cyberpunk with ultra ray tracing at playable framerates, everything else works perfectly at the absolute highest settings and I paid a whooping 550 for it. I'll probably upgrade on the 5 series or 6 series. Games really aren't demanding enough to care about this dick measuring contest. 4k on a small monitor is a waste. Large monitors are too much eye tracking strain for my purposes.

me when I realize similarly priced AMD cards deliver more FPS and cyberpunk ray tracing was a scam all along and leaving it off wont make the game look worse at all, in fact, makes it look less hazier, cleaner and sharper while yielding 20 more FPS.

why would we be shockjed all nvidia hype the 2080 ti is still a great card this over hyped 3070 is a a 2070 s and 2080 on true test remove the pwoer cap on 2080 ti and wow u get 3080 performance so sad nvidia cut the cuda cores in half and used the same technology as 2080 ti with faster ddr6x and power limits removed and boom u have the 3080 the new birth child
