I love this little boy and the courage of his parents to find just what his body needed :) little boys like this know they can walk 500 miles and naturally can do more with the body and mind :) course, it is not easy for busy parents and teachers to understand and yet they don’t realize the true energy within :) yet 🙏🌟
Focus, awareness, and attention are needed at any age :). After our house was broken into when I was a child, my dad put me in tae kwon do 🙏 I loved all the training and it becomes natural, the true nature and integration :). I love all martial arts and truly it is an art of breath that grows the mind, body, and soul when you are on the right path :) 🙏❤️🌟⭕️⚔️. Protecting life from within ❤️⭕️🌍

That's child abuse. To start training a 3 years old is abuse. Kids need plenty of sleep but they're forced to wake up at 5 in the mornng.
