Spencer, this is one of my favorites! Although it had me so nervous over how overgrown it was and how hard you were working, it was a beautiful house that was once well cared for and loved by the people who owned it.

I always find it funny how a city will let the properties they own get overgrown and rundown but if you let your grass get a little too tall they threaten you with fines.

I am totally amazed that once people see just how good a property like this is its not on the market a day after your done . I just wish home prices would plummet too the prices of the late sixties ,then more could get a home like .

Do you ever wonder about the history of some of these homes? All I could think about as I was watching you clean this place up was the history of it. Who might have bought this land and this was their dream home to start a family, etc. Was that field you were mowing, once filled and farmed. That’s all I could think about. Thank you for all you do. It’s captivating to watch.

I'm curious, have you ever gone back to lawns you've done to see how they look months later? I ask because I'm curious to see how a transformed yard looks down the line after being maintained for awhile.

What kind of slum-ass towns are these? Must be in the South. You'd never see anyting like this in Sioux Falls. Those derelict houses would have been bulldozed and replaced with condos and low income housing! It's a shame there are places like that in the South. Backward. Ugly. Destitute. Move north and at least live a decent life. But, as always, you do a fantastic job and are worth your weight in gold!
