I like him, he's smart guy and so are you, I reckon he could really benefit from a partnership with you, I think you are presenting knowledge and topics to him, from a different, more health-oriented angle while still being very relatable because of your background in bodybuilding. I'd love to see Tony get into fasting.

I’ve been following tony huge for a couple years now and I don’t think he ever sleeps. He is not only always doing something productive, he is doing multiple tasks at the same time. Gotta respect his drive.

I did once 4 day fast after bulking and I didn't notice any fat loss on skin but my belly was shrinking every day quite noticably. Is there more iformation why is that?

Just got my blood results. IGF 1 is 342 ng/mL (high) and GH serum is 0.1 ng/mL (low). 31yo. What’s up with that? I’ll ask my doc, but I figured I’d see if anyone knows anything here.

I’m gonna pick up some IGf1 RE3 1 mg. Can you please let me know how much water to mix with and dosage for every 2-3 days ?? I don’t have a ton of info on this I’m trying to do the necessary research
